PARISH CENTER (photographed 8 Aug 2006)

Original Parsonage purchased in 1960 for pastoral housing. Parish Center presently hosts a Boy Scout troop and Community Outreach organizations throughout the week. Also home to our Food Pantry and long-term storage facilities. Deteriorating condition has made replacement more economical than repair. Building will be razed and existing functions relocated to new addition being build next door at Anchor House.

ANCHOR HOUSE (photographed 8 Aug 2006)

Acquired in 1989 and presently home to CareGivers of Toms River. New construction will add a multi-function addition resulting in more than triple the useable space and include upgrade to antiquated heating and cooling systems.

OCEAN HOUSE (photographed 8 Aug 2006)

Purchased in 1966, Ocean House has been home to a number of our pastors, vicors, sponsored families, and Sunday educational programs. Equipment damage has left the building uninhabitable for a number of years. Repair and upgrade costs have made replacement more economical than repair. Building will be razed as part of our growth phase, and existing land used for needed parking. Photo shows utility services being disconnected.
